Flagship

UniDorms — a live two-sided marketplace, built solo

A student-housing marketplace with escrow payments, landlord KYC, and 50+ production API routes — designed, built, and shipped end to end by one engineer. It's live and security-audited today, reaching ~842 organic searches a day.

Interactive proof

Don't take my word for it — press the buttons

Four working miniatures of things I've actually built, running right here in this page. No libraries, no servers, no smoke — each one is proof of something I can build for you.

The escrow race

payments / fintech

What this proves: real payment logic — safe money handling I can build for you. In UniDorms, when two people race to pay for the same room, exactly one payment wins the claim — atomically — and the other is refunded automatically. Every time.

The extraction terminal

AI features / data

What this proves: automation that recovers hours — AI pipelines that turn messy human text into clean, structured data, the way listings get ingested at scale. Watch a chaotic rental post become machine-ready JSON.

How I ship at agency scale, solo

AI orchestration

What this proves: the AI-consulting capability itself. I'm one builder directing 31 specialist agents across Design, Review, and Build pods — each with a defined job, a defined lane, and review gates between them. That's how a solo engineer ships (and audits) at agency scale. The crew deploys itself as the chart scrolls into view — select any star, by click or keyboard, to meet that crew member and see how it works.

I set the goal and approve the gates — the CEO agent runs the team.

Turns a goal into a plan, assigns the right specialists, decides what ships vs. what needs sign-off, and reports back. Auth, payments, database changes, and brand still stop at Brent's gate.

  • Design & UX

    • Typography, readability, type scale, and reading rhythm.

    • Guards design tokens, color, spacing, and visual consistency.

    • Component architecture, reusable UI, and layout discipline.

    • WCAG: keyboard nav, screen-reader structure, focus, and contrast.

    • Animation pacing, transitions, and respectful reduced-motion.

    • Touch targets, thumb reach, viewport correctness, and native-feel mobile UX.

  • Copy & Growth

    • CTAs, landing copy, and microcopy that converts.

    • Local-market fit: currency formatting, local payment methods, and regional tone.

    • Metadata, structured data, sitemaps, and indexability.

    • Topic strategy, briefs, and the content calendar.

    • Ready-to-post captions, scripts, and launch posts.

    • Event tracking, funnel coverage, and keeping PII out of analytics.

  • Review & Integrity

    • Hunts crashes, runtime errors, and unsafe data access.

    • Confirms a change caused zero unintended drift across pages and viewports.

    • STRIDE threat modeling: auth, IDOR, boundaries, and data leaks.

    • Hardens the app: secrets, route protection, and webhook verification.

    • Traces the money: fee math, refunds, webhook idempotency, and reconciliation.

    • Fraud and scam patterns, moderation, and dispute signals.

    • Data-privacy review, PII inventory, and policy-vs-code accuracy.

  • Build & Data

    • Implements specs with targeted edits and verifies the build.

    • Unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, plus coverage gaps.

    • Database schema, row-level security, migrations, and indexes.

    • Metrics, funnel conversion, and decision-ready KPIs.

    • Quality of AI features: extraction pipelines, matching, and prompt evals.

    • Transactional email, deliverability, and a durable retrying outbox.

    • Core Web Vitals, bundle size, caching, and load speed.

    • Deploy hygiene, env vars, cron health, and observability.

    • Walks every user journey, clicking every button end to end.

  • Support & Ops

    • Support flows, canned replies, and help-center accuracy.

    • Keeps the team's knowledge base current and organized.

What never gets automated: auth, payments, database changes, and brand — those pass a human gate before anything ships.

The second-brain constellation

knowledge systems

What this proves: knowledge that compounds instead of rotting — I build LLM-maintained "second brains": self-updating knowledge bases where every note stays linked to its neighbors. Hover a star to light up its connections; drag it and the constellation follows.

A radial knowledge graph. A glowing "Second brain" hub sits at the center, linked to six domain stars arranged in a ring: Build, Payments, Growth, Agents, Design, and Data. Each domain fans out into smaller note stars — for example Deploy runbook, API map and Auth flow under Build; Escrow logic, Refund tiers and Webhook idempotency under Payments; Funnel notes, Ad angles and SEO briefs under Growth; Agent roster, Review pod and Build pod under Agents; Brand tokens, Type scale and Components under Design; Schema, KPIs and Cohorts under Data. Curved cross-links (such as API map to Webhook idempotency, Schema to Escrow logic, and Agent roster to Deploy runbook) show notes connecting across domains — knowledge that compounds.

gold dot = running UniDorms in production today

About

One person. Full stack. Whole mission.

I ship full-stack apps end to end — design, frontend, backend, database, payments, deploy — and I run my own: UniDorms, a live two-sided marketplace that takes real payments in production.

Day to day I orchestrate LLM and agent workflows — a 31-agent AI dev team with review gates — which is how one builder ships at agency scale. My Industrial Engineering degree shows up as process thinking and measurement, not buzzwords.

Education

2019 – 2024

De La Salle University
B.S. Industrial Engineering
Minor in Information Technology

  • Superpower: shipping the whole thing, solo
  • Method: AI-accelerated, engineering-rigorous
  • Style: direct, warm, allergic to buzzwords

Experience

What I've shipped along the way

  1. 2026 – Present

Founder & Sole Engineer — UniDorms

    Sachi Tech OPC

Shipped a production two-sided marketplace solo: escrow payments, landlord KYC, host reputation, 50+ API routes, transactional email, analytics, and continuous deploys — plus the ads and launch videos that bring users in. Now serving ~842 organic searches a day. The flagship above is the case study.

  2. 2024 – Present

    Sales Manager

    Digital Network Communications

Owns project sites and key accounts end to end — scoping, coordinating technical teams, and closing — which is to say: I'm comfortable owning client communication and delivery, not just the code.

  3. 2023

    Accounting Intern

    PGA Cars

Reconciled bank records, job orders, audits, and payables — where I learned that details either reconcile or they don't. Useful instinct for someone who now moves money in code.
