Live in production ~842 organic searches/day Escrow payments Security-audited Built solo
Flagship — case study
UniDorms — a live two-sided marketplace, built solo, end to end
01Problem
Students and landlords near universities lack a trustworthy, end-to-end way to find and book housing with safe payments — listings are scattered, informal, and risky for both sides.
02Approach
Designed and built a two-sided marketplace solo, end to end — Next.js/React + Supabase/Postgres, 50+ API routes, escrow-style Xendit settlement (first-to-pay-wins atomic claim, auto-refunds, admin payouts), landlord KYC, host reputation, transactional email, continuous Vercel deploy — accelerated by directing a 31-agent AI dev team.
03Result
Live in production. ~842 organic searches/day, 50+ API routes, escrow payments live, security-audited — shipped by one person. See it running below.
- Escrow-style payment settlement via Xendit — a "first-to-pay-wins" atomic claim, automatic refunds for the race losers, and admin-approved payouts
- 50+ API routes covering booking, messaging, reviews, and disputes
- Landlord KYC verification and a tiered host-reputation system
- Next.js 14 / React frontend on a Supabase / Postgres backend
- Analytics dashboards and transactional email baked in
- Continuous deploy on Vercel — ship loop measured in minutes, not sprints
- Growth engine included: Facebook ads plus in-house launch videos
What I do for you
Three ways I make your product better
Full-stack products that ship
From database to deploy — one accountable builder who owns the whole chain, so nothing gets lost in a hand-off.
AI automation that recovers hours
Data extraction, matching & search, and multi-agent workflows that cut the manual work out of your week.
Interfaces that convert
Fast, accessible, on-brand front-ends — built to move visitors toward the action you need them to take.
Flight simulators
Don't take my word for it — press the buttons
Four working miniatures of things I've actually built, running right here in this page. No libraries, no servers, no smoke — each one is proof of something I can build for you.
The escrow race
payments / fintechWhat this proves: real payment logic — safe money handling I can build for you. In UniDorms, when two people race to pay for the same room, exactly one payment wins the claim — atomically — and the other is refunded automatically. Every time.
The extraction terminal
AI features / dataWhat this proves: automation that recovers hours — AI pipelines that turn messy human text into clean, structured data, the way listings get ingested at scale. Watch a chaotic rental post become machine-ready JSON.

How I ship at agency scale, solo
AI orchestrationWhat this proves: the AI-consulting capability itself. I'm one builder directing 31 specialist agents across Design, Review, and Build pods — each with a defined job, a defined lane, and review gates between them. That's how a solo engineer ships (and audits) at agency scale. Press the button to watch the org chart deploy, then meet every crew member by name in the manifest below.
What never gets automated: auth, payments, database changes, and brand — those pass a human gate before anything ships.
Crew manifest — all 31, by name
Grouped by pod. Open any crew member to see how it works.

The second-brain constellation
knowledge systemsWhat this proves: knowledge that compounds instead of rotting — I build LLM-maintained "second brains": self-updating knowledge bases where every note stays linked to its neighbors. Hover a star to light up its connections; drag it and the constellation follows.
A radial knowledge graph. A glowing "Second brain" hub sits at the center, linked to six domain stars arranged in a ring: Build, Payments, Growth, Agents, Design, and Data. Each domain fans out into smaller note stars — for example Deploy runbook, API map and Auth flow under Build; Escrow logic, Refund tiers and Webhook idempotency under Payments; Funnel notes, Ad angles and SEO briefs under Growth; Agent roster, Review pod and Build pod under Agents; Brand tokens, Type scale and Components under Design; Schema, KPIs and Cohorts under Data. Curved cross-links (such as API map to Webhook idempotency, Schema to Escrow logic, and Agent roster to Deploy runbook) show notes connecting across domains — knowledge that compounds.
