How I ship at agency scale — solo
An AI dev team I direct, not a prompt I pray over.
One builder directing 31 role-specialized AI agents across Design, Review, and Build pods, with review gates between them. A CEO agent turns a goal into a plan and assigns the right specialists; I set the goal and approve the gates. It's how one person ships at the pace of a studio.
This is the opposite of vibe coding. I own the architecture and every merge. Auth, payments, database migrations, and brand changes all stop at my gate for human review before they ship. The AI is my team; the engineering judgment — and the accountability — is mine.

When two students race to pay for the same room, exactly one payment wins — atomically — and the other auto-refunds. Every time, with no double-charge and no double-payout.

The extraction pipeline
An LLM pipeline turns messy, free-form human rental posts into clean, schema-validated JSON — with salvage and retry when a model returns broken output.

Founder & Sole Engineer — Unidorms
Shipped a two-sided marketplace solo: escrow payments, landlord KYC, host reputation, disputes, and transactional email — live in production at ~842 organic searches/day. Built an AI-orchestrated dev system (31 specialist agents with human review gates) to ship at agency scale without cutting engineering rigor.
