Patrick Brent Santiago

Founder & Full-Stack Engineer

Call me Brent. I design, build, and ship production software — fast, solo, and AI-accelerated. My flagship is a live two-sided marketplace I built end to end, from the database to the launch videos.

Mission control

One person. Full stack. Whole mission.

I'm a self-taught full-stack engineer and solo founder. I pair an Industrial Engineering background — process thinking, measurement, ruthless waste-cutting — with AI-accelerated development to take products from idea to production fast, without a team standing between the plan and the shipping.

That means when you hire me, you get the whole chain: design, frontend, backend, database, payments, deployment, copy, and the marketing assets — from one pair of hands that has done it for real, in production, with real money moving through it.

Flagship vessel

UniDorms — a live marketplace, built solo, end to end

A production two-sided student-housing marketplace. Not a demo, not a portfolio toy — a real platform with real listings, real payments, and real users finding it on their own. I built every layer of it myself.

  • Escrow-style payment settlement via Xendit — a "first-to-pay-wins" atomic claim, automatic refunds for the race losers, and admin-approved payouts
  • 50+ API routes covering booking, messaging, reviews, and disputes
  • Landlord KYC verification and a tiered host-reputation system
  • Next.js 14 / React frontend on a Supabase / Postgres backend
  • Analytics dashboards and transactional email baked in
  • Continuous deploy on Vercel — ship loop measured in minutes, not sprints
  • Growth engine included: Facebook ads plus in-house launch videos

Don't take my word for it — press the buttons

Four working miniatures of things I've actually built, running right here in this page. No libraries, no servers, no smoke.

The escrow race

payments / fintech

The real skill: in UniDorms, when two people race to pay for the same room, exactly one payment wins the claim — atomically — and the other is refunded automatically. Every time. This is that logic, miniaturized.

The extraction terminal

AI features / data

The real skill: AI pipelines that turn messy human text into clean, structured data — the way listings get ingested at scale. Watch a chaotic rental post become machine-ready JSON.

The 31-agent fleet

AI orchestration

The real skill: I direct a team of 31 specialist AI agents — design, review, and build pods — which is how one person ships at agency scale. Press the button and watch the org chart deploy, then meet every crew member by name in the manifest below.

The second-brain constellation

knowledge systems

The real skill: I build LLM-maintained "second brains" — self-updating knowledge bases where every note stays linked to its neighbors. Hover a star to light up its connections; drag it and the constellation follows.

An interactive star map where each star is a knowledge note (payments, growth, deploy runbooks) connected to related notes by constellation lines.

The solar system

Ten planets, one gravitational center: shipping

Everything orbits the same goal — getting your product live, working, and growing.

Instruments on board

The actual tools, wearing their actual marks. Hover — or tab — across the array to power each instrument up in its own brand color.

Flight log

Where I've flown

  1. 2026 – Present

Founder & Sole Engineer — UniDorms

    Sachi Tech OPC

Built and shipped the entire marketplace solo: frontend, backend, database, escrow payments, KYC, reputation systems, analytics, email, deploys — and the ads and launch videos that bring users in. The flagship above is the case study.

  2. 2024 – Present

    Sales Manager

    Digital Network Communications

Manages project sites and key accounts end to end, coordinates technical teams, and drives outreach — which is to say: I'm comfortable owning client communication and delivery, not just the code.

  3. 2023

    Accounting Intern

    PGA Cars

Bank records, job orders, audits, payables. Unglamorous — and exactly where I learned that details either reconcile or they don't. Useful instinct for someone who now moves money in code.
